Its coming up to a year since we submitted the application for I-140 visa waiver 6 months in they asked for an RFE which we submitted on July 29 its been 91 days and we are still waiting for a reply it just keeps saying çase is being actively reviewed tried calling the texas service center but it not connecting to a live agent, if anyone can assist on how we ca move forward will be greatly appreciated. thanks!
