I have befriended a young family who were paroled into the U.S. with the help of a family member. If I understand correctly a young mother and her young children were sponsored by her U.S. citizen father. They are allowed to be here for a period of 2 years. However, recently there was some falling out in the family and now the U.S. citizen sponsor doesn't want to help them complete the process to change status. Is there another route that can followed? They are a wonderful family.
