    August filer here: my interview in two days, I don’t know how long it is going to take for oath (Chicago FO), between 6-8 weeks. My question is: do days spent outside the US between the interview and oath ceremony count to my absence pool and can interrupt my eligibility in the day of an oath? Few additional weeks outside of the U.S. may break my 50% of time spent in the country, but does it still count while I am after interview and waiting for oath? Can you please explain? Thanks!

    I filed online Aug. 15th, my interview is scheduled for Dec. 12 (I received online notification Nov. 1st). Chicago, 5y rule.

    I keep my fingers crossed for you. I applied my n-400 the same day, August 15, in Chicago (online). Biometrics done September 3, and nothing happened since then. 2.5 months passed since I applied and still waiting for interview date to be scheduled.
