Thanks! We ended up submitting and now feels like we are just waiting. Can you shed light on what this communication looked like? “have recieved my notification that I am now eligible to schedule a visa interview appointment.” All documentation says to wait until they contact to create a profile and pay fees, but feels like we are just waiting (mind you it’s holiday time so they may just not be working).

Hey! I am trying to find some information about the Auckland embassy process and your post stuck out to me. We are at the step that we just received confirmation letter via email from the NVC that our approved petition is intransit to Auckland Embassy. When I check the CEAC status it says "Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center." Do we wait until that status says "Ready" to submit the DS-160 form? Or do we wait to receive something from the Auckland Embassy? I am just so confused! Thanks in advance!
