What options and recommendation everyone can give? I am open for it. Considering that I am from Pakistan, got a PhD in data and semiconductor domain and a Muslim. 😅

@nastra30 So after 18 months, I should only bet my case on WOM? and hope that the judge gives a positive verdict?

I am a Pakistani doing an industrial PhD in the Netherlands. Whereas, my wife is a US citizen. We submitted our application for a CR-1 spouse visa in February 2022. It took one year for our I-130 to get approved and get an interview. My interview took place in July 2023 at the Amsterdam Embassy. After the interview, they asked for my CV along with information regarding my publications. It's been more than one year since my application was in administrative processing. We tried to reach the embassy through Senator and email, but the response is always the same: it is under administrative processing and you have to wait. At this time, it's becoming difficult for me and my wife to plan ahead. Some of the lawyers suggested going for the Mandamus Lawsuit, but is it feasible at this stage, taking into account that it is expensive?
