My fiancé is Canadian and 9 days ago we received from Montreal the Packet 4 interview preparation email, but when I go on the website provided to try to schedule the visa interview appointment, it says that our case is not ready to be scheduled for an appointment. Wondering if this has happened to other people or if this is normal. I emailed and I got an automatic response saying they'll respond within 3 business days, and called 3 times but each time I kind of got the run around and never got to talk to a real person.
