  1. Getting her here is just half the battle lol.
  2. Technically she'd have 3 ID's with the passport, birth certificate and voter registration. She's going to get another copy of her NBI and CENOMAR tomorrow and print a bunch of pictures of us together along with some instant messages and emails. Hopefully we have everything covered. Thanks for all the help.
  3. So her passport with the visa, copy of CENOMAR, copy of NBI, proof of relationship like photos of us together and emails, a photo copy of my passport, I don't know if this will count but ID's she has are her birth certificate and a voter registration that she used when she went for her vaccinations. Barcode confirmation of GCP is the appointment for CFO correct?
  4. Woohoo, CEAC now says issued. Once she has her passport she'll schedule a slot for the CFO in Cebu and then we'll make the final plans for me to go get her. What ducoments outside of what she already has will she need for the CFO? How do I go about getting a round trip ticket for me and 1 oneway ticket for her? I've never planned anything like that before.
  5. We just got fantastic news, CEAC now says approved, next step is issued. I pray to god this part goes quicker than the last 3 months. Hallelujah
  6. They are aware of the expiration of the medical stuff, they won't talk to me, only her and she has been going back and forth withn them. Right now everything is under review and we have no idea how long they will drag this out. It's incredibly frustrating to get this far and then suddenly nothing is happening.
  7. Still no activity since November 29th. Riza has been in touch with Consular services and they had her fill out a couple of 221G forms and send them in to be added along with her passport and CENOMAR, they told her that her case is still under review. Is it normal for them to take so long to review a K1 visa petition? I'm wondering if they'll process it before medical expires.
  8. CEAC currently shows last activity was November 29th, my fiance has finally been able to get in touch with someone in consular services who requested our full names, her passport number, purpose of travel and our case number. This wait is so soul crushing as we hoped we would spend Christmas together, i pray god steps in and we get good news soon.
  9. My fiance found her appointment confirmation with the UID, now we need to find out if they still need the completed 221G info form. My hope is they don't need it as they referred the CENORMAR and passport to a consular officer for review, knowing my luck they'll refuse her again and tell us she needs to fill out and submit the 221G info form and then proceed from there. She can fill that out and then upload a copy through the website so I'm praying they tell us we're all set and we just need to be patient while the process plays out.
  10. I got an email from consular services this morning acknowledging that they received her documents on October 31 and that they forwarded them to a consular for review. Finally got an answer because my congressman called them demanding answers. That's all we know now, her case hasn't been updated since the 18th. 😞
  11. The interview was scheduled before the switchover in September and we can no longer access the login. That switchover has caused such a headache.😞
  12. There's just 1 problem, how do I get the UID number? I have a copy of her DS-160 form but that doesn't have the UID, I can have Riza check her email for her interview confirmation and see if the UID is on there. I'm going to call the info center here in the states around 8 and talk to someone about what to do so that we can fix this problem. I'm heart broken because I thought we did everything correctly but it appears we messed up.
  13. I think I figured out why we're in limbo. Riza sent the CENOMAR and passport without the completed 221G information form. I don't know what to do now, they have her passport and CENOMAR but WILL NOT review her case without that information form.
  14. I have gone ahead and reached out to my congressman for help on getting answers since nobody at the embassy wants to answer the phones or inquiries. It shouldn't take this long to finish the process, someone isn't doing their job at the embassy. Hopefully my congressman can get to the bottom of the matter.
  15. I honestly don't understand how or why it takes so long to approve a visa and then attach it to a passport. October 25th is 1 month since LBC delivered the CENOMAR and passport. 🤦🏻🤷🏻‍♂️
  16. The wait is frustrating but it'll be worth it in the end. Riza is coming to Rhode Island, she says she can't wait to see snow, ummmmmm, she'll see lol. Alas the embassy in Manila is known to be slow in processing visas so my hope is to get her here before Christmas.
  17. I just checked CEAC and it shows the case was updated today but the infamous "ready" is still bold. They must be majorly behind at the embassy.
  18. My fiance had her interview on October 15th as well, she needed to send them her CENOMAR and passport and so far as of today her status is stuck at "ready". Good news is her case shows last updated with todays date but we've been waiting for a month now and wondering what's going on. I know how you feel.
  19. Aahhh, we did have Zara on the petition so the government is aware she has a daughter. So essentially they've prepared for her coming over without us having to push it? Once both are here I will sleep well lol.
  20. Riza has a daughter but we haven't included her in the process as we want to get my fiance settled and the house ready for a toddler, once she gets her change of status after our wedding we'll start the K2 process to bring her daughter over. My family has given me grief for not only deciding to marry a Filipina, but more so doing things the way we are, Riza wants to secure herself here so that if problems arise we'll be able to handle it together rather than being on opposite sides of the world. I'll keep checking CEAC and hopefully soon we'll see "approved" or processed, at which point I will literally dance with happiness. I won't be complete until we get her daughter stateside though, Zara is my little princess and I would move mountains for her. I am all she knows for a papa.
  21. They also show an 01 and an 02, case created 24-May-2024. Originally they gave me an estimate of 13 months start to finish, being stuck in limbo is frustrating, but expected.
  22. No, it has been "ready" ever since after the interview. They told Riza it could take 4-6 weeks for the CENOMAR and passport to be processed, they told her to send them the CENOMAR and passport LBC, they received them on Oct 25th, I've already sent status update requests twice with the form on the traveldocs site and nobody answers the phone there.
  23. I checked the status through CEAC just now and it still says ready but it also says the case was updated on November 12, tomorrow is 1 month since her interview so hopefully things are moving along. The 25th will be 1 month since the embassy received her CENOMAR and passport, this seems to be taking longer than normal but it is what it is. We're hoping to get her here before Christmas.
  24. The status was updated on November 5th but no further updates as of today, still says ready. This wait is agonizing, I haven't been with her since May and I'm ready to go get the love of my life but I can't do anything until she gets her passport back with the visa attached. I'm guessing this is normal?
  25. I checked the status on CEAC and it says READY, is this good? I was expecting something along the lines of "APPROVED".
