I've been going through the step by step process. I'm sure when I fill out the I-129g it's going to tell me I need to submit more information on my arrests. They happened 15+ years ago, but there were 4 of them. I don't even remember the details anymore. To streamline the process I want to get the criminal history first and then send them the information with my initial form.
Now, I was arrested in Connecticut and I live in Utah. I've explained the situation to a few people at the criminal clerk's office and I get a slightly different version of what I need to do each time I call. So my confidence level of fairly low. Is there any other way for me to get my criminal history?
I wonder, would an FBI rap sheet be acceptable?
