My husband been in the United Stated of America legally (he have an ssn, temp driver license, work permit) but still isn’t a citizen. We are married now but don’t know where to start to make him a permanent resident. Would we use the I-130 form to get started? I am just afraid they will send him back to haiti. he never been in trouble with the law and pay his taxes. We are just lost in the process! Please help
