  2. When i applied company submitted tax returns which is normal and on their website. Plus I had to add my son when I went for interview so they know I just had a son in the two years waiting time
  3. I applied in 2020, approved in 2021, had my son in October 2021 went on Matt leave in 2022, returned back in 2024 January. So my income isn't ad high as it normally would. I attached my sons birth certificate and my maternity leave letter from the company. I will see how it goes
  4. No i have never worked in the USA. Yes thought tax returns for EB1A is definitely odd. But online it shows they do require tax returns They asked for my tax returns, husband tax returns and company
  5. Yeah I don't know what happened. But they didnt ask for it and we went for the interview everything went smooth. They just asked for tax returns last week. I don't think they will ask for it because it's past that I think. But I'll get it ready in the meantime
  6. Yes I got a 221 g requesting his police clearance from Canada and our passports which i sent it on July 13, recieved July 15th and then they returned it back
