Yes they recieved it and confirmed they recieved it. All of a sudden they sent it back after having it with them for 5 months. No visa stamped nothing. No instructions nothing. -
Hello, I am under the EB1 a category and I went for my interview on March 11 2024, I was handed 221 g to submit husband's clearance and our passports. Submitted in July 12 received July 15, all of a sudden our passports was just returned without any other instructions. What do I do. What does this mean. Has this happened to anyone. Our medicals has long expired . Do you think it was returned because of the medicals? They haven't requested it yet. What do I do. Freaking out here. Any help or anyone experienced this

Ok so I picked up our passports and there are no other instructions. I am literally freaking out and completely stressed. What do I do. Do I send an email and ask for next steps

Ceac still shows refused and I read on reddit that they returned someone's passport with new medicals request My medicals was done in February so it's definitely expired

Hey Andrew, mine was updated on November 13th and got our passports returned today. I got an email at 4pm my passport is at BLS. I suspect they returned it because my medicals has expired. Anyone experienced this? When does your medicals expired and do they send back passports and new medical request
