  1. Hi, Is there any special procedure to do when entering the US for first time with CRBA/passport?
  2. We have lots of photos of both our families together, and photos of us traveling to other countries together, but I'm really unsure of how strong evidence that would be. I've read that it's only considered as secondary evidence. Also, if the photos are before the marriage, do they still count as evidence toward the bona fide marriage (to prove the relationship)?
  3. No problem, got it. Thanks for the help, I just wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any potential issues before planning for what looks like a 1.5 year journey.
  4. I'm a US citizen and almost 10 years ago I petitioned my ex-wife for the K1 visa. She arrived, we married, adjusted status, removed conditions, and eventually she because a citizen. A year after she got citizenship we divorced. Fast-forward a couple years later I moved abroad and remarried and now thinking to file the i-130 as it looks like my career is taking me back to the U.S. I have a few of questions: 1. Since I petitioned a K1 in the past, am I allowed to file i-130 for my new spouse? Will there be any problems there? 2. On form i-130 part 5 it asks: "Have you ever previously filed a petition...?" I know I petitioned for K1, but I can't remember if I would have been considered the petitioner for i-485 and i-751 (AOS&ROC). It was a long time ago and I really don't remember all of the details. For the K1 path would there have been any other forms I need to list here, or just the K1 form? 3. Also, I cant remember the date I filed the K1. I know the year but I can't even recall the month, and I don't have any record of it (I do have the case number I think for the 485 or 751). Is there anyway to get this info as the petitioner? Do I write the maiden name of ex-wife at time of petition, or married name at time of divorce?
