  1. Lol... If you are not married yet then she is not your wife. If you have never even met yet, then she is nothing more than a pen pal, you can't be in a relationship with someone you have never even met, that's just desperate. Sure you can marry her whenever you want, just be prepared to show a lot of proof it's a real marriage as there are already a number of massive red flags.
  2. Without seeing the CO's notes, you don't know the reason this person was denied. The whole 'too married for a K1 but not enough for a CR1' is complete rubbish. You are either married, or you are not, there is no in between. @DBiddleI completely agree with you, there is A LOT of wrong information being given on this forum as though it's gospel.
  3. A friend of yours? Sounds like there is no friend and this is your situation. Otherwise why are you getting involved in their personal stuff?
  4. Err no, you're still giving wrong information. The answer is NO. OP had the wrong visa and was therefore refused entry, there was no deportation or removal. Stop trying to fit people's circumstances into your own personal narrative. You're the only one who thinks it should be yes, you're wrong.
  5. Answer is NO. You were not removed or deported, simply refused entry. Very different things. @randomstairs is completely wrong and giving you wrong advice, how can someone be 'removed' from a country if they never even entered it in the first place? They can't.
  6. Why are you doing all this for a 'buddy'? Best leave it to him to research and do it themselves, no need to get involved. I'm sure he's able to make his own account and post his own questions.
  7. You say you won't ever do anything illegal then admit to working remotely in the US whilst on a B2 visa, which is not allowed. A tourist visa is for tourists - clue is in the name. Tourists visit on holiday, they don't go abroad to work remotely. You should have been denied entry, hopefully next time you will.
  8. Why did you say you got married in UAE in your OP? So you lie on forums, and you lie in real life... Right. Your 'marriage' in Georgia is not valid. Check their own laws. You need to get a new lawyer because you have made a number of very big mistakes.
  9. How could you get married in UAE if your CENOMAR shows you are already married?
  10. No job is a massive red flag, if she was travelling alone there would be a higher than average chance of her being denied entry. Travelling as a family for a 2 week holiday shouldn't be a problem though.
  11. Travelling on a B2 with the intention to adjust status is not allowed, if that was your plan. Sure she can apply, but with immigration intent and from Kenya, well that's 99.9% gonna be a denial, so save your money.
