We've been siting in AP for over 8 months so my wife had to renew her Canadian passport last month. Now, we just received an email from the consulate rep requesting that she update her medical exam and send in her passport and 2 passport photos. (Hopefully a good sign.) My question is do we need to notify someone before hand, or in the courier package, that her passport has changed (new passport, new number)? And if so, what is the proper way to do that? Thanks
