  1. Today, I received my I765 was denied: At the same time, I received a Reopen notice: I talked to Emma and I don't know what's going on. I talked with a live agent but she couldn't help me. She said a mail was sent with more info, which is this. I don't know what to do. It was denied my expedite request but my normal I765 based on I485 keep going? Because I never applied as a refugee. I have the copies in front of me and the I485 is Family based: Inmediate relative of a US Citizen, Form I130. Rest of boxes are empty and not other form was sent. Thanks for your help.
  2. I did every paperwork, but after waiting a few months I met some people at the school and they needed spanish teachers urgently so they called USCIS for an expedite request.
  3. Hi, I applied for I765 and I485 based on marriage a couple of months ago, but one school needed me as a Nonprofit organization so they contacted USCIS for an expedite request. USCIS sent me this mail but after 30 days I didn't have an answer. I cannot check the status or a request for outside normal proccesing time because it's OVP+10 digits+MSC instead IOE + 10digits and it's impossible to talk with an agent by phone. I talked with an agent in the live chat but he couldn't solve my answer. Also, he said that numer belongs to NVC, but it's impossible to contact too. I don't what else I can do, and I don't understand why the referral ID is longer than 3 letters + 10 digits. After careful review of your inquiry for your I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Center. The referral ID for this inquiry is OVP********MSC. The National Benefits Center will contact you concerning your case once they have reviewed your inquiry. Please allow the USCIS office 30 calendar days to respond to your request. Thanks!
  4. Also, I was reading about evidences, some people use rents, bank accounts, car... I don't have anything of that because this was not planned. Should we changed the names and present it? I think it's not my case.
  5. Absolutely I'm gonna do that. She told me the same about teachers
  6. OMG, this has been a real headache past few days. Thanks for the info, I really aprecciate. I'm sure another headache will start with the AOS. Thanks, Víctor
  7. Yes, she can cover us. I mean, it's not the ideal situation and I can feel bad sometimes but it's worth it. Yes
  8. Hello everyone. I'm from Spain and I came to the US during summer to visit my girlfiend with my ETSA/Waiver Program visa. We met in Spain and we've dating for 1 year while I was studying for to try to pass a exam to be a PE Teacher in Spain and she was under a student visa. After finishing her studies, she decided to come back to US, especially because I was very focus on the exam and we can barely see each other. Unfortunately, only 40 spots were available for my teaching position and I finished the process the 41st.... so I didn't pass. I decided to take a break after that stressfull and disappointing year and come back in October to Spain with her and try the exam again, so I came to the States to visit her country and family and recharge my battery during August and September. But these last two months have been the happiest of my life and I proposed to her, and the truth is, we don't want to be separated again. My question is we can get married and adjust my status before the 90 days filling the I130 and I485. Some friends of her said to wait to the 91st, but I'd be ilegal with my Waiver Program. We planned to get married on October 16th (67 day) and then fill every form. I was trying to read a lot of opinions, videos, forums, etc... But I couldn't find a clear answer. Thank you so much!
