I am going to marry my fiancé in February 2025 and want to bring her and her children to the US. She lives in Finland and she and her kids are all Finish citizen's. I have many questions about time frames and strategies on how to do this the most efficient and time conservative ways. I first was wondering how long it is going to take for her to get her Spousal Visa after we marry and immediately apply for it. I am a US citizen naturally born in the US. She is a Finish Citizen for the last 20 years. Can anyone help me understand how this is currently taking for her to get her Spousal visa? Thank you...
