  1. Where do we fill in our timelines?
  2. It looks like current wait time is 2-3 weeks. As long as you've handed the missing docs in, try not to stress too much! It's a grueling wait but shouldn't be too much of a delay!
  3. Eeek! Just checked again and the status has changed to Issued! 🥳. Exactly two weeks after the interview. Hope it's the same for you!
  4. Let's stay in touch. Let me know when you see any changes and I'll do the same! Fingers crossed!
  5. I'm not great with the lingo on this forum, but I think so yes. This is what's written underneath the "refused" status on CEAC: A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV or the website for the Embassy or Consulate at which you made your visa application. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV.
  6. Hi all, My husband had his London interview on the morning of 2nd December. All went well until the officer asked for our joint sponsor's W2 form. We didn't have it, as we didn't see it listed as one of the documents to bring. The officer filed a 221g but told my husband he just needs to upload a couple pieces of supplemental documentation to the portal and his visa will be issued. He kept my husband's passport. The next day we submitted everything through CEAC, then emailed the embassy to say it was now available. A few days later (Friday 5th) I also sent paper copies of the requested forms to the embassy via DX. The paper copies arrived on Tuesday 10th. It has now been ten days since the interview. The CEAC status page still has our case listed as "Refused" pending administrative processing. What worries me is that the case was last updated today, the 12th. I know it's hard to determine how long this sort of processing will take. On the one hand, keeping my husband's passport seems like a positive sign that it will be sorted soon. However seeing that the case has been updated today yet is still "refused," I'm so worried something else has gone awry. For the record, my husband has lived in the UK his whole life and has no criminal history or other complicated factors. Any anecdotes / information / tips on staying sane through this daunting process welcome!
  7. Same issue. I was finally able to register our appointment today. Previously it had said our case wasn't ready to be registered yet. It was probably just a delay in getting it processed in their system.
  8. See you on the 2nd! From what I understand, the to-do list now includes: Two 2x2 photos Registering the appointment online Scheduling medical appointment, Setting up a courier for the passport w/ visa to be shipped back Gathering all relevant documents If I'm missing anything can someone please reply
  9. Yes, I'm getting the notice "Case number ____ is not ready for an appointment." Based on other threads, it probably takes a couple business days for our cases to get into the system. I'm gonna try again on Friday.
  10. Just got our interview letter! DQed August 1st, interview December 2nd
  11. We were DQ'ed August 1st, so it looks like we just missed the last batch. Any day now guys!! I jump whenever my email notification rings on my phone 😅 Based on other people's posts, it looks like our interview dates will be late November/early December.
