Hello, I have been instructed by an American embassy (Turkey) to resubmit DS260, but nobody explained HOW… we had an immigrant visas for children, but we couldn’t use them, so they got expired on March 2023. And we need to reapply through the Embassy. NVC is also sending us to US embassy. Pls advise
