Hi, in about 2018 Mumbai Embassy used to issue ILs for all cases on 25th of each month, for all cases received till date, for next+1 month interview dates. i.e. on 25th Jan, ILs for March 01 onwards were issued. What is the pattern now? When do they issue ILs? My case is IR1. Thanks

NVC documentarily Qualified today. CR1 Mumbai Embassy. They send ILs every 25th of calendar month, for next month i.e. on 25th of April, they will issue ILs for everybody who NVC DQd, for Interview from June 1st onwards.

So, my i130 too got approved yesterday. here is the timeline and details: i130 consular. standalone. CSC on Receipt. Beneficiary Country India. 2023 11 14 Filed online, Receipt Date, Spouse of GC Holder 2023 11 24 Actively Reviewing 2024 02 18 Requested to Upgrade Spouse of US Citizen 2024 03 14 Upgraded, email received 2025 03 12 API changed to updated Timestamp 2025 03 24 2pm An Action has been taken email 2025 03 24 Approval Notice PDF in account Out of impatience, I send a K3 i129f package too, by USPS on 03/24/2025 at around 12 noon. Now its going to be simply denied as no need for K3. I would have sent it earlier asap if I knew about it. Even if no benefit at all, it doesn't harm, and doesn't cost anything. Just the form, marriage certificate, i130 receipt, 2 photos. I did uploaded unsolicited evidence few times, when I went to meet, and some other times.

Reddit & Visa Journey here has a steady stream of i130 filed for consulate processing, getting approved, with filing dates like 22, 23, 27 October.

For anybody reading it in future, you could find a PDF printer (some windows have one by default, android phones have, otherwise many open source or free PDF printers available (It is a software which takes print output from any application & gives out a PDF file instead of printing output on a paper), I use free non commercial usage for PDF Xchange), and set the quality to 100 dpi before printing (to PDF).

October 2023 filers are now getting approvals. We will also be getting it in next month, hopefully !!
