  1. Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a lovely day. I met my significant other online through a group of mutual friends on February, and, a couple months passed, i applied for a b1/b2 VISA, got denied (on the 10th of June) on the grounds of lacking strong ties to the country of origin, specifically in regards to having my own house/residence in the country. Following that fiasco, my significant other came down here to Brazil (from 3rd of September to 16th of September) and we spent 13 days together. During this period, we decided to become engaged! I have the equivalent of a Registered Nurse degree on my country, and I've been working as a Nursing teacher for 3 years, with some on-field supervisions here and there. We've been looking at our options to live together. She absolutely needs to go back to America every couple months for medical related reasons, so staying here long term isn't exactly ideal. I could go for a EB3 through NCLEX and CGFNS and looking for a job, but I believe applying for a EB3 after having my B1/B2 visa denied could be seen as a bad thing for the US government. Am I thinking wrongly? We're willing to go for a K1, but since the time we've spent together was not a whole lot, it could be denied. She's going to come down here sometime next year, and we could get married in here, and then go for a CR1. Or I could go for a B2 and stay in the US for some time, and then come back here, and try again for a K1. She's willing to be my sole sponsor, but she will need to look for a more stable job and career options to better cover the poverty line thing. All of these options are so overwhelming and it makes me feel suffocated and hopeless at times.. Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
