We submitted an rfe on on i-129f and received rfer from uscis since October 23rd .. it's been 70+ days now and nothing yet. Please how long does this take? should we be worried?

I and my fiance received an rfe around July and I'm yet to respond. Now we have been having some challenges. They asked for a few several things which we provided and we just have one week to the deadline. My fiancé is from Liberia and she's been requesting to get her divorce decree but after getting a Bill or Divorcement from the Civil Court the lawyer insisting on a divorce certificate. Please we need help. I attached the Divorce document we received from the court.
