I am trying to petition for my girlfriend to come to the US. I have a harrasment by telephone conviction on my record from 2007. Original charge was terroistic threats (I was a dumb teenager). I believe it would fall under the domestic violence classification, not sure. It was over 15 years ago and I have not been in any trouble since. I am just seeking advice on the best way to go about the application process and any information that can be given that would help save me time and headaches. Thanks.
