  1. They've started approving January and February cases 😂😂😂😂😂
  2. Yup 😂 At this point we're just trying to stay sane as much as we can as it's obvious they just don't gaf about gambling with other people's lives
  3. That means nothing for us as the only reason that happened is literally the fact that they skipped us. Before they skipped us it was 9 months. And we're done with waiting a year to contact them. If they can't do justice by us there's no reason for us to follow their rule about "the earliest contact". I see they're approving Sept 30th, this is just outrageous.
  4. I've read on Reddit that it was actually a Senator who contacted USCIS on behalf of one the applicants and was told it's a technical issue, then the applicant forwarded the news to the subscription. Still can't say I trust them but I'm hoping they wouldn't be lying to a senator. OFC that still doesn't mean a lot because we want to know what kind of tech issue it could be that affects only certain dates. It does sound rather sketchy but like @JKHUSA said it's the best we'll get for now
  5. I suppose. But it's a serious question. If they really do have a technical issue we are entitled to know what kind of issue it is, it's our lives here they are playing with. The more they keep us out of the loop and pretend that everything's peachy the more time passes by. Do we need to wait until July, until next year, until 2027 to be told that they can't find our applications and that we need to file again? Because technical issue can be a lot of things and if you haven't processed a single one out of the range it could very well mean that you've lost 1600 applications and don't want to come clean about it.
  6. How sure are we that what they're saying is truth? They have ignored us for exactly 4 months. The common decency would be if you know that you have a tech issue you then send out some kind of statement letting 1600 people know about it. Maybe it's just their way to get us of their backs so they can continue making their processing time better. If my profession has taught me anything is that "diligently working on solving the issue" is like the biggest lie ever and something you use to get others to back off. If there is an issue they should've let us know about it instead keeping their mouth shut for 4 months straight. What are they doing to fix it if it's true? Have they lost 1600 application? Do we need to file again? If so are we going to need to pay the fees again? And if/when they finally start doing their job I'm not optimistic that we'll be prioritized as they've showed so far they just don't care about people and how they affect our lives. I know this is a lot of what ifs but we have to think about every scenario atm. I can't believe the level of negligence they showed if this is really the truth.
  7. Not sure what's happening but I came to ask if anybody else saw the news about the supposed technical issue. I'm guessing the previous posts were about that?
  8. Saw those on cst, RFEs 🥲 It seems they were closed yesterday, no activity shown on TMVN. Or didn't feel like working 😂

  10. I've heard it was 400 contractors that were laid off but that was last year. Haven't heard anything about this year but I guess one can expect anything atm. Still no progress with our range? 😔
  11. They did it again. Just as they were approaching our range they started working on September applications instead.
  12. Thank you for the advice Edward, much appreciated! We'll definitely consider doing that. In other news 103 approved August applications yesterday. Only 3 in July and 2 in June 🤯
  13. Yeah. Mine is July 1st but just brainstorming if it would do anything for our cases if we were to contact them earlier. Like in a month or so if nothing happens by then. Or if we can contact our representatives after we surpass their average processing time which is pretty much right about now. Or do we have to wait July for that too.
  14. Also, anyone here who thinks it might be a good idea to contacts USCIS? As we're now soon surpassing the average processing time maybe we can do something or will they not do anything and we'll have to wait until July 1st which is the earliest we can contact them.
  15. Of course it's unfair but we literally can't do anything about it. Tomorrow marks exactly 8 months since we filed and while others who filed a month earlier are already in the US we still haven't even heard from the USCIS and that's only the 1st step. We can only hope that sooner or later they'll start doing something with our range and try to keep our composure and emotional stability.
  16. Honestly, I'm not optimistic. I see they've started working on September applications 😂
  17. I see one July 1st case was approved 2 days ago 🤞
  18. They have now officially approved more August than July applications. I'm so tired and it's becoming quite impossible not to be emotionally affected by this.
  19. The fact that since September when they started working on July cases to this day only 1358 has been approved, compared to August cases which they started working on in November and 1311 has been approved of which 936 in the last 4 weeks compared to 193 July cases approved in that same time frame is just pure injustice and lack of any responsibility and emotions towards us July fillers. I am lost for words.
  20. Well if it's any consolation I see that yesterday's number of processed applications is the highest in the last few months so maybe that can give us a glimpse of hope?
  21. Yup, you can unsubscribe from that as well from those emails that are being sent about others near your filing date. It really was an issue because first of all you're getting my hopes up and second I literally gained an access to other people's accounts. That was so weird.
  22. I opted out off VJ estimates back in November. 😂 It was just contributing to my stress and once I realized and it was confirmed that they skipped us I knew it makes no sense to keep those estimates, especially since they started sending me emails that I got approved and it would be someone else's account, 3 weeks in a row.
  23. I only see those 13 from yesterday, nothing was showing on Monday. Still, terribly low. But at this point, like you said, I'll take it.
