  1. We know as most of us have reached front of the line according to them at the end of October to mid November πŸ˜‚ I think in normal circumstances they can be rather reliable but not when something unprecedented as this happens.
  2. I can't use the name of the website here because of the rules but yes for those who have a subscription with them it's been confirmed yesterday that they're coming back to processing us starting with June 27th and 28th.
  3. Yeah, they've started approving June 27th and 28th. The subscription also confirmed that they are back to processing our skipped range and they'll be doing it in chronological order. I'm July 5th so not expecting anything soon because I'm aware they need to finish June then 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July. Also they're working on December, January and February cases which only adds up to us feeling hopeless but gotta keep the hope alive.
  4. The data I have is from the beginning of November when I used my free subscription trial figuring that something went wrong and it said back then it was 278 for June 28th which was also the last business day in June so it's the only "officially" skipped day for June range. I haven't heard there's been any movement since then but those that have access to the subscription can tell you if anything has changed. I keep waiting for something to change so I can start with the subscription because I don't want to pay without needing to. There's still 449 pending June cases though so you can get an idea.
  5. Well, as of today there's 1283 July applications left. The number of only July, not including June applications, they've skipped is 1275. Let's see what the next week will bring because logically they have to process more than those 8 otherwise I will be pretty sure they lost our applications. Also, if any of you who has the subscription sees any movement please let us know πŸ™‚πŸ™
  6. They've started approving January and February cases πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  7. Yup πŸ˜‚ At this point we're just trying to stay sane as much as we can as it's obvious they just don't gaf about gambling with other people's lives
  8. That means nothing for us as the only reason that happened is literally the fact that they skipped us. Before they skipped us it was 9 months. And we're done with waiting a year to contact them. If they can't do justice by us there's no reason for us to follow their rule about "the earliest contact". I see they're approving Sept 30th, this is just outrageous.
  9. I've read on Reddit that it was actually a Senator who contacted USCIS on behalf of one the applicants and was told it's a technical issue, then the applicant forwarded the news to the subscription. Still can't say I trust them but I'm hoping they wouldn't be lying to a senator. OFC that still doesn't mean a lot because we want to know what kind of tech issue it could be that affects only certain dates. It does sound rather sketchy but like @JKHUSA said it's the best we'll get for now
  10. I suppose. But it's a serious question. If they really do have a technical issue we are entitled to know what kind of issue it is, it's our lives here they are playing with. The more they keep us out of the loop and pretend that everything's peachy the more time passes by. Do we need to wait until July, until next year, until 2027 to be told that they can't find our applications and that we need to file again? Because technical issue can be a lot of things and if you haven't processed a single one out of the range it could very well mean that you've lost 1600 applications and don't want to come clean about it.
  11. How sure are we that what they're saying is truth? They have ignored us for exactly 4 months. The common decency would be if you know that you have a tech issue you then send out some kind of statement letting 1600 people know about it. Maybe it's just their way to get us of their backs so they can continue making their processing time better. If my profession has taught me anything is that "diligently working on solving the issue" is like the biggest lie ever and something you use to get others to back off. If there is an issue they should've let us know about it instead keeping their mouth shut for 4 months straight. What are they doing to fix it if it's true? Have they lost 1600 application? Do we need to file again? If so are we going to need to pay the fees again? And if/when they finally start doing their job I'm not optimistic that we'll be prioritized as they've showed so far they just don't care about people and how they affect our lives. I know this is a lot of what ifs but we have to think about every scenario atm. I can't believe the level of negligence they showed if this is really the truth.
  12. Not sure what's happening but I came to ask if anybody else saw the news about the supposed technical issue. I'm guessing the previous posts were about that?
