Immigration Lawyers in US mostly dont like things they dont know and often give wrong advises too. They are set in certain applications they do routinely 130 h1b n400 etc which they do all the tome and have less work other than routine . Which makes sense why break head when u can make money on repear stuff . Yes military process is defferenr and onky 3k or 4k ppl apply for yr and lawyes have no incenrive to worry about that small number . But there are still some passionate lawers who do waivers and complrx cases just for the challenge. And big llaw firms are allways useless they only do the Robo work and you will benefit in stright farward cases with their name to get stand out . Thats all. For restvwe need that passionate lawyer. Well you can fike as long as ur temp gc is valid and 2 yr period is past. You are good to go dont worry. Reason they give 90 day before is so that u donr go out of status ans they give autimatic extension after u apply 1. Main point is u have to apply 751 no choice. 2. Dont qorry ur GC is still valid ans u can apply and ul geg anothet extension and ul be safe . 3. N400 cant be approved without 751 approval

GC : obtwined 2000 to 2022 temp based on marrage Temp GC - extended for 4 yrs how ? Normally this extension comes when you apply for 751 on what basis they extended . Thats the question .regarding the rest of question . 751 is mandatory u have to establish tge marrage for GC thats the whole pirpose of temp GC marrage based GC is 2 step process its not yet conplete of ur 751 is not approved . Can you apply fpr n400 yes temp or not temp you are still perm resident so you qualify theoretically But also they cant and wont process or approve without 751 your marrage based GC is not conokete without it And u have to apply 90 days beforr expiring of temp GC yes but you say its extended for 4 yrs so its not yet expired . As i see the missing and important point here is how and why they extended 4 yrs without pending 751

May be in october we will see movemeng @OldUser i see some people get intwrview dates like with in 2 weeks and all of them filed undet 5 yr rule . Is it that applications undet 5 yr rule are much easy and quick to process . in some 3 yr filings when wife and husband file sometimes one of thr spouse gets ( almost allways the dependent spouse ) within few days and other waits for months . any obswrvation on tbis pattern

Legally u need to have 3 or 5 yrs continious residence to naturalize . But once u are given naturalization . It cant be revoked unless that naturalization was obtqined by fraud or u did not qualify for that. In this case igs uscis error . Lets say few yrs down thw road uscis under new govt desides it erred so want to revoke . Under what basis ? That person did not have 3 yr or 5 yr continious residence ? Bit by then they will have more than that . Judges would not pernit uscis to punish people for its error most it can do is requalify them which they are by then anyway .. so that case will dead before ig started You have been citizen few more days than u should be but one cant go back in time and take it away unless threre is time machine. I assume it perfectly safe nothing to worry or request uneesasarg new oth dates
