  1. Hey guys! Posting for anyone who might be on the same boat as me! Applied N400: Sep 2024 Applied I751: Oct 2023 Combo Interview scheduled: Sep 2025 After waiting for so many months in pin drop silence, I have FINALLY received my interview date for 09/23/2025 which states it is both n400 and i-751 interview. I had a question about the interview document submissions Since i updated everything (joint bank statements, lease etc.) until Sep 2024 when i applied for N400 should i 1. Update document online through the USCIS portal. (from Sep 2024 to current) OR 2. Take all the documents hard copy with me? These are the list of documents which i was planning to take or upload from Sep2024 to current Joint tax returns (Transcripts only) Joint bank statements (one from each quarter) Lease with both names Utility bills insurance (health, dental, car) Photos together (from trips) with family during family functions Travel Tickets Please let me know if anything else would be valuable to take in the above list. Also, what should i expect any one recently been to any combo interview? Thanks in advance for help and suggestions! Also please feel free to ask me any questions about my processing timeline as well!!
  2. Congrats! Best of luck hope everything goes well!! Just popped open USCIS to check if anything it show estimate 6 months now. but I have applied under 3 year rule so i dont think anything will even happen before december because that is when my 3 years with GC will be done. But My cousin applied (Atlanta) under 5 year rule in May ending and took oath by august first week. so I guess 5 years GC cases are surely flying!!
  3. Oh nice. I do have a pending ROC i-751, applied last September. Estimated time was showing 9 months when I applied. after a few minutes I got the notices and the approx. time changed to 7 months (it still has a * on it stating that timeline is for 5 year rule) guess we will find out sooner or later! Local office - Atlanta, GA
  4. I live in Georgia and I got 3 tickets in past 4 years and I didn't remember dates and type of fine for any so, all I did was went to their DDS(DMV) site and they had an option to just buy the record($6/$8). and boom I had all information in single paper so i just filled it out. for you since you have multiple just add the incidents what you remember that is what i was going to do because i had no clue about the dates when i came to that section too. so just add what you remember and go on it shouldn't be a big deal until and unless you got a DUI or were arrested. I have hear people getting away with this but it does clearly state citation now so I dont think its a good idea to leave it out.
  5. wow that is amazingly fast!! Congrats!! @kittycat I filed my n400 yesterday evening, I can assure you MYUSCIS was down from Monday evening to Tuesday all day! I was trying to submit on Tuesday but then it was acting so whacky I thought I will just wait one day and wait till it fixes itself and then apply! Also, I got the Receipt notice within minutes after applying yesterday evening and today morning It also shows biometric reuse (Applied Under US Citizen Spouse, 3 year rule) and now the wait begins!
  6. Hey Guys, I am so glad I found this forum. Sorry for the LONG post! I will be eligible to file N-400 on 17th September under the 3 Years US Citizen Spouse rule. I have already started filling out the form and aiming to submit by sept end or oct mid. I had a couple of questions? Thank you in advance for your help!! 1. For the IRS transcript do we submit the account transcript or return transcript or BOTH? I just realized I had only submitted account transcript when I was filing I-751 last year? hope that's not gonna be a problem. 2. I had already submitted documents until last year for I-751 in Sep. 23. the form n400 states to provide 3 years of proof for everything? so do I submit everything again? or just the evidence from Sep-23 to current? (for eg: I submitted quarterly statement of our joint account during I751 do I do it again for past 3 years?) 3. Do I have to fill out Crimes and offenses section as Yes? Attaching a SS below because there are 2 questions? I Never got arrested but I've had a couple of tickets. 2020: Crash(car slipped no one involved) still got a ticket for driving too fast for the weather (Illinois) or something, a speeding ticket in Georgia. 2023: 1. minor crash front ended someone, 2. Failed to yield (stop sign) ticket. (Georgia). I think speeding is a crime in Georgia I am not really sure what to do with this section. Here is rough checklist which I have currently Evidence: 1. Quarterly Statements for past 3 years 2. Lease for 2021,2022 (2023) we got a house but that is just under my name no nothing for 2023 or should I still add something for 2023?, 2024 (we have rented out the house, living in apartment again so I do have the Lease with both our names for 2024 3. Health, Auto, Dental, Vision Insurance, Rental Insurance. (2021-current) 4. Tax transcripts Additional Evidence: To be honest I don't know what to add? I-751 I remember adding tickets of our trips and uploading 10-12 photos, affidavit letters from 2 of my family members, it was quite a pile I remember It couldn't fit in a envelope and had to send it out in a box. Do I do the same here? Because I have heard n400 is usually not that intense any inputs would be appreciated!
