    You can check the first email where they mentioned your case is officially at wait list. Top left corner there is a date which is your DQ

    most certainly yes. Although someone with Dec-14th-2023 DQ got the IL. No idea how they disburse ILs

    Sorry to hear that. Sometimes it can happen. Maybe you'll get it by next round. Also do check your DQ date again. It might off the date by 2-3 days under your assumption

    Thanks a lot for sharing all these! Congrats on your approval! had a little query, do EB-2 NiWs need to take latest employment letter? Or job offer letter will do? moreover, you mentioned they verified your present and past pcc. Did you collect latest Canadian pcc within last one year?

    You can try to expedite. Based on recent speed, you should receive IL by early next year

    If they wanna book February slots, then they’ll have to give atleast 30-40 days prep time, hence, they need to issue IL by Dec-23-2024. Last week is Christmas week, they’ll be on leave. my DQ: Dec-20-2023

    Don’t panic, shoot them an email. Moreover. I think they’re introducing a new way of background check so that they can lessen admin processing afterwards. it could be an indication from upcoming govt. if someones background check starts beforehand, it’s infact a good sign, as it may curtain wait time afterwards
