    Your PD isn’t current and most possibly will take a year to be current. What’s wrong remaining in the queue as it’ll take a long time to get IL. Meanwhile try to balance your family issues, if you wanna move to US with other visas, you can always adjust i485 there.

    Sorry a little off topic question. May I know your DQ date? As per Montreal consulate, they’ve issued IL till the end of August-23 already, right?

    Thats great! Any guess whether montreal will reach dec-2023 DQ by march-2025? My PD (RoW) still stuck at March-30-2023

    Any EB2 DQ’d in June/July 2023 received IL? So far the list showing latest EB2 got IL was DQ’d in May-31st. Is it conceivable that montreal consulate updated their progress till August-23 based on EB1 only?
