    sorry for the late reply I reached the comment limit but I am not applying for any tourist visa but J1, I can travel the country legal for a period of time while attending school so I have a better chance of getting a job offer that way

    true for Canada, and tbh maybe I luck out and get an offer from the work and travel visa during my years of study I intend to go to USA in the summer during my time at school and I hope during that time I can find some job willing to sponsor me

    I heard it's rare for them to sponsor visa in USA, tbh the more I research the more it seems like it's incredibly difficult to get any visa for USA let alone a work visa

    I see most likely I'll try and migrate to a different county and work there for a few years, so far most people I talk to in the tech field here said the same thing the tech field in Jamaica is terrible so they told me either go to Canada and work for a few years or UK and then they try for USA, and what is OPT?
