Hello, I have encountered a problem, and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me:
My Green Card was delivered to the wrong address, and USPS confirmed that the package might be lost.
I tried to submit an e-request (using the I-90 form) to reissue another card and have it delivered to a different address. I have gathered all the information from the following links:

However, the issue is that when I try to submit the e-request, I get the following error:
You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.
I entered the Receipt Number which I got last time while paying fees for green card and Form Number is I-90.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
