Hello, I am sending my I-765 toughether (concurently) with I-480 (on the end of this month...september 2024). I am totally confused with the fee for I-765 : it will be $520 or I can apply the 50% ( $ 260) because I will file I-765 concurently with I-485 ???? I am ready will all forms ...and really confuse with this issue ! Does someone knows the correct fee for I-765 when filr concurently with I-485 ?? Do I have to send I-485 and weit until it will be "pending" and after to send my I -765 with reduce fee???? Or I can send all my I-130,I-485 and I-765 ( with $260 money order fee) ?????

Hello, I have a question about my initian I-94 form : I am ready to file I-485 ( green card trough marriage) and I encounter the following situation: my last entry ( B2 VISA STAMP ON MY PASSPORT) was 12 years ago ! I can-t redeem my initial I-94 online ! . It will be enough to send a photocopy of the page in my passport with B2 VISA ENTRY on 2012 , or I will be requested form I-94 ? ( again , when sending I-130, I-485 concurent with I-765). If they will requesting( probably RFE) my I-94 , I will have to send a I-102 ( $560) in response and explain that since I entered US 12 years ago , I don't have the paper format of I-94 ? If my last entry (legal) was more that 10 years ago , seems like form I -102 it is the only solution to redeem my innitial I-94 ( if need it and if B2 VISA PHOTOCOPY IT IS NOT ENOUGH ). Does someone encounter such a situation ?
