Hello, I am struggling with my I-90 form with 2 questions: 1 Location where I applied adjustment of status 2 Location where the USCIS office granted adjustment of status I found a copy of the address where I nailed my form I-485. I mailed it to USCIS in Chicago. I checked my green card on the back and it was issued in Missouri . Someone told me that it should be the same location. Now I do not know what to answer. Can someone please help? Thank you
