Anyone recently recently gone through NVC/ Manila Embassy for a CR1/IR1 Visa? Is a ROM required for a online marriage? Or is a marriage certificate from Utah the only requirement. I'm reading elsewhere online that a ROM is required, since it's a online marriage. This doesn't make any sense to me. Also, is a Cenomar/AOM required for the petitioner? Just want to be prepared. Thank you in advance.
