  1. Regarding PCC, it was recent one (less than a year). I am not sure about EB-2 NIW. For my case, it was job offer letter.
  2. The only documents they checked were the documents mentioned in pre-interview check list Original Passport Two photos Original Birth Certificates and marriage certificates (if you are married) Recent PCC and past PCCs - originals Employment letter -original (EB2 employment case) They did not ask for any additional certificates or documents that were submitted during the I-140 process. However, I did take all the docs as a precaution, I had primary folder with required docs (listed in pre-interview) and secondary folders for all these extra docs. You never know what and when they will ask you.
  3. Hi Aaron, The interview went well(took about 3 hours for the whole process) and the visa has been approved. It was similar to what others have already mentioned in the forum. You can go 5~10 mins before the appointment time to avoid current cold weather. They will let you in per the appointment time, even though later interviewees before you in the line. Interviewer just asked and verified generic questions like; 1. Where I will be relocating? 2. What position I will be working? 3. How did I know about the position and employer? 4. Most of the time he was verifying the documents and entering data in the system... If there is any specific questions, I would be happy to answer.
  4. Question to previous interviewees. Can we take minor (who is US citizen) in the interview? Has anyone had similar experience in this regard?
  5. Got interview date today. Category:EB2 DQ: Sept 6, 2023 IL: Oct 28, 2024 ID: Dec 10, 2024
