My fiancée from Philippines is currently pregnant and our NVC case is ready but she haven't submitted DS-160 yet and haven't scheduled interview and medical. Our NOA 2 will expire November 2024. She wanna give birth in the Philippines, her due date is December 2nd week. What step should be done? Is it possible to delay the processing? And what will be the step she should do? Or any advice what to do with this case?
