  2. Thanks a lot for the clarification.
  3. Thanks. This is the first letter I got on the same date I applied (Notice Date: 12/04/2024): " U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has received your form and is currently processing your application, petition, or request. This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past; however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometrics appointment. The biometrics fee will not be refunded. USCIS is continuing to process your application, petition, or request. USCIS will contact you in writing if any additional information is necessary to resolve your case. This notice is not an approval of your pending application, petition, or request. To ensure you receive all correspondence from USCIS, you must update your address if you move. For instructions, visit https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange. USCIS may use your biometrics to check the criminal history records of the FBI, for identity verification, to determine eligibility, to create immigration documents (e.g., Green Card, Employment Authorization Document, etc.), or any purpose authorized by the Immigration and Nationality Act. " and got another letter on the same date (Notice Date: 12/04/2024) """Thank you for submitting your application, petition, or request. Our office is currently processing it. Please verify your personal information listed above. If you need to make any changes, immediately notify the USCIS Contact Center using the phone number below. Next Steps: • We will schedule you for an appointment at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for you to provide your fingerprints, photograph and/or signature. • We will mail you a separate biometrics appointment notice with the specific date, time, and ASC location. Please wait until you receive your appointment notice before going to the ASC. Be advised that this notice does NOT serve as notification of your biometrics appointment.""" I got these letters that have the same notice date but arrived at different dates !!! which one is more accurate?!!!
  4. Recently, I applied for naturalization (N-400) and received a notice that USCIS reused my biometrics. However, just about 10 days later, I got another notice saying they are processing my case and may schedule me for biometrics. I’m posting to see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation or has advice about what this might mean. Thanks for your support!
