My father applied for green cards for me and my family under f3, married sons and daughters.
With me, is my husband and 2 children. My children are over 21 and don’t think they qualify but my husband should qualify. He went to the interview.
They needed some additional documentation and sent them over. He did come to the US 30ish years ago and overstayed 5 years so that’s what has me worried about it. They asked him about it and asked if he had the original passport from then but he has lost it. I thought that was the end of it, not entirely sure now.
Had my interview, sent in the documents and status for me on Ceac changed from Refused to Admin Processing but for him changed from Refused to Ready. Does that mean he won’t be able to accompany me?
Shouldn’t it say the same as me?
If this is the wrong forum, please forgive me since I am new here.
Thanks
