My girlfriend, now wife, entered the US on a B-2 back in January. She stayed for two weeks and went home to Brazil. She returned with me in April, and we did not have the intention of getting married. I assumed that her admit until date would reset based on her latest entry. 6 months from her latet entry would be October 8. We decided to go ahead and get married this past weekend, and I just checked her I-94, and it says she should have left by July 30. I have no idea where to go from here. Are we in trouble?
