Hi everyone, My husband came on the HHP (Haitian Humanitarian Parole ) in January of 2023. He got approved for TPS and we have decided to file for his permanent residency. I am a little confused on what forms I should be filling. Do we file the I-130 and the I-485 at the same time ? Also are there additional fees to file the I-131 and I-765. We would like to travel to see family.
