    Hello all. New here and first post. Can I apply or file a fiancee visa now even though me and my fiancee haven't met in person yet? I'm in US and my fiancee is in the Philippines. I'll be visiting her on January or February next year but before that can I apply or file now? Any help or advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
