i did 18 months on false charges only in immigration, never filed in a real court... which i can prove the DOJ gave my wife papers saying i never had a case.. BEWARE OF THE PHILIPPINES... IF ANY WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND TURNS ON YU... that was not my situaton but i saw it a lot in jail if any doubt get out of the country asap

i was never charged in a court. the "charges" were just on paper in immigration. I was never allowed to defend myself. I did pay an attorney who scammed me. the threat is if you fight , they hold you longer In my humble opinion foreigners are not aware of the risk, and how bad the corruption is, nor how easy it is to fall in their corrupt hands. my sincere warning is do not go there.

I will begin the process of bringing my wife and two sons to the USA . I have to register the boys. In late 2022 I got criminal cases filed on an Australian child molester and trafficker. As it turned out he was connected. He is still free. He wasnt even deported. Shortly after I did that, the BI arrested me and put false charges on me. These charges appeared on my immigration charge sheet but were not filed in any court. I did a full 17 months in Bicutan. My wife eventually was able to get me out. I had no opportunity to contest the charges against me as they were not filed in court. My attorney scammed me and I learned that is common. The conditions in Bicutan are bad the US embassy will not help you. If you are a foreigner and anything comes up, your business partners betray you, your wife or girlfriend turns on you, be advised you have no rights. The BI can bury you for years. The BI is corrupt. If you want to buy your way out , you can. I chose not to fight and to just get out of there. I did pay and it took 18 months. I have a house in the Philippines and my family is there. I will file the spouse visa and get my family out. Many foreigners in the Philippines are not aware of the risk they are taking. Most people including Filipinos are not aware of just how bad the corruption is. After my family is out, I will work to expose them . attached is proof i never had any real cases.
