  1. Thank you for your answer. Would I have to apply for a new ESTA and tick the box 'I have been refused a visa for the USA previously', or does a rejection at this stage not qualify a 'refusal'?
  2. Following up on this, can I, the beneficiary, still travel to the USA to see my fiancee even though the application was rejected due to an incorrect filing fee? I cancelled my trip the USA and instead booked her to fly to the UK because of this. We are working on resubmitting.
  3. Thank you @Family and @Dashinka this is very helpful. Have a happy new year. Thank you
  4. Hello, we submitted the wrong check balance for I129f, are there any other changes we need to make to the application due to this, for example, do we need to also take new visa photos of ourselves to align with this rule: 'One color passport-style photograph of yourself and one for your fiancé taken within 30 days of you filing this petition', the rejection notice was 2.5 months ago. Also, do we resubmit the petition with the i797c rejection notice on top of the paperwork? How do we resubmit this application? I do not want us to make another mistake. I know that the correct filing fee is $675. Thanks.
  5. Is there anything that the petitioner must include inside of the i129f packet, in terms of marriage age law, besides parental consent of the marriage signed by valid parents, and sworn statements from both the beneficiary and petitioner to marry within 3 months? Should the petitioner include certain legislation from Texas state law? Thanks.
