A petitioner who is usc filled for his son in 2014 while still in the USA,but he has gone back to his home town but visited USA three years ago and back to his home town.. he is a pensioner and still maintains his bank account over there.,his pension was not enough to cover the poverty guideline,so a joint sponsor was added .please will it affect the beneficiary when his visa is approved ?.
