  4. yes it is very frustrating for sure. i am with you. i am still waiting on my rfe response. it has been 4 weeks and still no response. what form did you use for self filing a mandamus or do you just write a letter? @Willie_Overall
  5. Thank you I will ask hacking immigration lawyer. I did not know about that so thank you. RFE varies i guess, some say 1 week and some say 3 months so not sure really and my progress tab shows 5 months which scares me even more. And my RFE was caused by my own lawyer so that is why i am even more mad and frustrated. They forgot to upload I130-A supplemental form which is so so depressing. So i am having to wait with no fault of my own. But good luck on talking to ur congressman and hopefully will help and self-filing mandamus sounds good for now. Atleast that should scare them @Willie_Overall
  6. I emailed to my congressman too. They have wrote to Nebraska center so lets' see what the result will be. It is ridiculous this USCIS. I am beyong depressed and frustrated. Following the issuance of a “Request for Evidence” (RFE) letter in this case, a response to the correspondence was received at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) on September 9, 2024. According to USCIS records, further examination of your constituent’s case is not yet complete. While the congressional interest regarding this case has been conveyed to the appropriate NSC unit involved in processing, we are unable to determine the date on which the adjudication process will be complete. You may request another update after approximately 30 days. Major case-specific updates are also available through the USCIS “Case Status Online” tool (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do). @Willie_Overall
