    Hi All, I made an expedite request to NVC for visa interview and i received this message, please what does it mean? “The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed. This petition is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. You will be notified with further instructions when the processing is complete.“ Why is my petition undergoing administrative processing with NVC before interview? Does anyone have a similar experience?

    @appleblossom thanks for the response. My category is EB2 NIW. When do you think is reasonable to expect IL for Frankfurt embassy? My case status say "At NVC". I've filled in my timeline but for some reason it's not showing up..

    Hi all, I am documentarily qualified (July 10, 2024) and my PD is current at Dec 15, 2021 (my request to recapture this earlier priority date was approved 31st July 2024). My consulate is Frankfurt, Germany. I am yet to receive my interview letter? I am worried that there could be a backlog now that Frankfurt is processing immigrant visa for 5 other consulates. Anyone with an idea on Frankfurt processing and how long it takes to receive the interview letter? Thanks.
