I was wondering how to travel back to your designated city (let's say if someone living in Shanghai) once submitted passport at Guangzhou embassy after the interview? Or one should stay in Guangzhou until they receive the visa/passport back? Please share your advice

Thank you. Yes expedite helped you which is good but in my case we have no reason to expedite our case rather than just keep waiting. Let's hope for the best to receive something in this month.

Visa Category: IR1 - Spouse of a US Citizen PD: May 16, 2023 DQ: July 18, 2024 Interview Location: Guangzhou (China) Is there anyone in 2023 or 2024 who documentarily qualified at Guangzhou (China), when can I expect the interview letter? I heard it takes around 2 months, but not sure about recent year. Please do share your experience/knowledge. Thank you
