  1. Seat Map Chart - Example 40G would be my seat. Edit: I have same seat both going to Philippines and coming back home to USA.
  2. I have secured a seat on Korean Air from Dallas to Icheon and I don't have a seat in from of me, it's not bulkhead, but it aisle seat. I have same seat coming back to USA from Philippines. Do you think Korean Air would cry about this if I inflated it after we got in air and after they feed you and everyone crashes out and sleep?
  3. OP said she has a greencard already
  4. She should be eligible for ACA (ObamaCare) insurance and should be able to enroll anytime, since she meet special requirements for enrollment. I have had Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Ambetter insurance thru ACA and it's great insurance, but of course coverage depends on how much you pay or how much she gets federal credit
  5. Looks like Davao Del Sur region is now requiring facemasks : Meanwhile, face masks have been made mandatory in Davao del Sur following the province’s first confirmed mpox case in Magsaysay town. Davao del Sur Governor Yvonne Cagas has mandated the wearing of face masks in indoor public spaces, including markets, offices, transportation hubs, churches, and businesses. Face masks are also required in crowded outdoor areas where physical distancing cannot be maintained, as well as in all healthcare facilities, particularly when caring for suspected or confirmed mpox patients Davao City’s mpox cases rise to 6 | Philippine News Agency
  6. This is reliable news source, and cases have rised in last few days. I think this is Philippines Government Site: Davao City’s mpox cases rise to 6 | Philippine News Agency
  7. Exactly, I looked at one article and that is what I got as well, Trying to make it the next Covid.
  8. We have a group of Fil Am gonna meet up in Siargao Island next month, We are coming from USA, it 4 couples, we are flying into Philipines at different times but meeting in late June in Siargao Island My sister in Law and her husband who live in Philippines were coming and now they have said they are not gonna bring their 2 year old kid due to MonkeyPox Virus. I had never heard of MonkeyPox and did some brief research, Wife said something about wearing a facemask, I don't do face mask and I will not go to Philippines if they are gonna try to make me wear a facemask. Are they just being overprotective since it's their first kid, I am good with kid nto going. Is Monkey Pox real deal? Or something to be aware of but not concern. Philippines isn't trying to make this the next covid?
  9. It's play money for me, It's only $40K I invested in stocks, As of yesterday I had made $17K, So in two months I went from $40K to $57K. I almost cashed out when I made $2K and I decided to let it ride, which made me feel like EF Hutton.
  10. Thanks for tip. That where I have been putting my money in CD last few years, I was getting 5% but seems like them days are over with, I have Bank OZK in my area paying 4.50% on 7 months, and it's brick and mortar bank I can walk into in city. I have Charles Schwabb SWVXX Money Market account you can get you money out in 24 hours and no penatly and it's paying like 4.12%, but back about 2 years ago it was paying in the mid 5%.
  11. I bought some Tesla stock last month when it was around $245 per shares, I figured this is a once in lifetime opportunity since people were burning Tesla Dealerships and some were butt hurt with DOGE and after Tariff announcement stock market dropped, and Tesla really dropped. First time for me to buy stock, and I guess I lucky and it has really skyrocketed last few weeks. Do you see it hitting high like it was a few months before it dropped? I was thinking about taking the money and running, but would hate to leave some money on the table.
  12. He has a Visa to live in Thailand. For some reasons CO love to see that and seems to be a game changer for getting approved for visa for a partner, or at least it is in Philippines, can't see it being much of a difference in Thailand.
  13. Has anyone on this Forum reported have issues not getting back into USA on AP? If they entered on a K1?
  14. If I did a K1 today and got approved for a AP I would travel and not worry about it. I tend to remember one time it was taking long for something I took my wife to USCIS and got a I551 Stamp so she could get back into country.
  15. K1 here, we were coming and going into USA, no issues. But we were going to places like Mexico or Philippines.
  16. We rocked and rolled into and out of Cancun a few times, did a trip to Philippines on AP, Ain't scared
  17. You can't travel in and out of USA on Advance Parole? When did that change?
  18. K1 is a far superior Visa, When we did ours it was taking like 30 days approval from Philippines and you could have your girl in USA in about 3 months, Spousal visa was taking at least a year just for approval. Get you girl her asap, and deal wity AP/EAD/Greencard after they are here, the hard part is getting them into USA. After that paper is cake, and best of all she is here in USA.
  19. Go for Tourist Visa, It would be my first choice hands down since you have a valid visa in Thailand. I know many guys who are living in Philippines and tried to get their girlfriends to USA on a tourist visa to visit USA and the ones who were approved the US Citizen had a 13A Visa to live in Philippines. In US EMbassy in Manila they will tell the applicant if they get denied a tourist visa to have their boyfriend get a valid visa first. If I was in your shoes I would be spending the $185 Tourist visa application fee.
