  1. @appleblossom Issued! Going to be cutting fine for Christmas, but at least I know it's done! Thanks a lot for your help and support!
  2. @appleblossom Two weeks later and it's finally updated to 'Administrative Processing'! Do you remember how long after that yours change to issued?
  3. @appleblossom The ais.usvisa-info site still says 'Send Documents' and the DS-260 site still says refused, but does say last updated the 29th of November, so at least that's confirmation they've received (hopefully) the last bit of documentation they need.
  4. Thanks @appleblossom Turns out DX just gave me the wrong tracking number and it was actually delivered to the embassy on the 29th of November. But still no news unfortunately!
  5. I had my interview on the 20th of November and all was fine other than them requesting the original divorce paperwork for my wife, despite this not being listed on the checklist. My wife posted them (for $70!) and I dropped them off at DX last Tuesday, I've contacted them today as the tracking number wasn't being recognised and they stated that the item is still where I left it and hasn't even been processed yet, this can apparently take 7 working days. Does anyone else have any experience with sending documents via DX? If so how long did it take for them to be delivered, and the how long was it for you to received your response/passport back from the Embassy? Really hoping to be able to spend Christmas with my wife, but it's starting to look unlikely.
  6. Thanks all - hadn't spotted the tiny link on my interview email. All sorted now and got my medical exam booked in for next week. One final question - does anyone know how long it takes them to return you Passport via courier? My interview is the 20th of November and really want to be back in the states for Christmas. But conscious that the longer I wait the more the flights are likely to be.
  7. Guessing the email I just received is a scam and can be ignored? Definitely doesn’t look like a legitimate government address: The Immigrant Visa Unit at the Consular Section in London encourages all immigrant visa applicants to register their appointment before attending the scheduled visa interview. You are receiving this email message because our records show that you have not completed the registration process. To complete registration, please click on the following link ais.usvisa-info.com If you do not complete this process prior to your interview, it may cause delays in the processing of your application.
  8. When you say get an interview date in September or October, do you mean we will get our Interview Letter then? Or that the Interview itself will be in that time? I only ask as our documents were approved on the 25th of July, so a similar timeframe. The issue is that I already had plans to go to the US 2nd-24th of September, but now my wife has surgery booked for the 20th, so I'd like to extend this. I think I'm safe to do so, as looking at other timescales I'll probably end up with an interview date in November?
