@Mike8 do you remember by any chance how your application status was transforming in CEAC (https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx) during the months of waiting and closer to the resolution date?

@Mike8 congratulations! how many times have you followed up with the consulate during the AP? were your company lawyers submitting any extra requests (e.g. congressional inquiry) on your behalf?

hey @Mike8, a couple of questions - 1) how you figured out that a possible reason for the refusal was TAL? 2) how's your process is going? (in a similar situation for the past few months, so trying to collect some info from recent cases) thanks!

@JEN SHAH did you get your visa or any other updates? kinda in a similar situation, applying for L1 (blanket petition) in UAE (Dubai), 2+ months since the interview and still under 221g...
