thank you for your attention and reply i'm not in US now, got my ticket and will be in US 09/15 i'm worried i can't bring my familiy via i130 forms, becuse i had lived out side of US until now. is there any other way or form that i can apply,

Hi every one I got my permanent residence card (green card) in 2012 and got married in my country in 2013. Due to the fact that I was not be in the US for six months every year for the next 10 years, I could not apply for citizenship, so I renewed my green card in 2022. It is worth to mention that once in 2015, I applied for a marriage visa (i-130) for my wife and stepdaughter but I could not be in US for that period of time, so although the marriage visa application was approved, it was invalidated over time. Now that after 12 years I want to apply for a marriage visa for my wife and stepdaughter to live with me in the US, but I found out that one of the conditions for applying for a marriage visa is that "spouses must not be outside the US for more than 2 years” but I have been outside the US for more than two years, so I cannot apply for an alien marriage visa. If I understood correctly, please guide me how to bring my wife and adopted daughter to US?
