My fiancé received his welcome letter via email to our attorney August 17, 2024 instructing him to pay his fee and schedule his interview. He signed up on the new platform and has not been able to pay his fee. Our attorney plus our local congressman man reached out as we are not able to move forward and was informed all K1 visa interviews will be scheduled and sent to the applicant’s email. I’m lost because he has not been able to pay the application fee yet but the D160 was completed already.
